No! We automatically dispense FREE, mild, high quality detergent with every wash in our stainless steel front loaders.
We also offer a BYO detergent area at our Snap Paddington store. If you prefer to use your own detergent, try our two single top-loaders or brand new LG Double Load.
Absolutely, just add softeners or bleach in the funnel at the top of each machine.
They are Super Fast - just 25 minutes to complete. The Mega washer at our Snap Paddington store is an express machine that takes less than 23 minutes.
Yes, you can select Delicate / Normal / Heavy wash type on all our machines.
Our prices are exactly the SAME for Hot, Warm & Cold water. Unlike many other laundromats we keep the prices the same (regardless of temperature) so that it's easier for you to use & understand.
Definately! Our big front loader machines are perfect for huge items. The Mega washer at Paddington can take up to 23 kilograms; Maxi at Taringa can wash up to 20 kilograms. All Triple loaders are also suitable for Queen size items and large loads.
Yes! Both laundromats have an onsite change machine (notes up to $20) so you don't need to bring the correct coins with you. And don't forget - you don't need to use coins at our laundromats. We accept electronic credit card payments via Eziwash.
Our laundromats are internet enabled with Eziwash, enabling you to use your smart phone, iPad or laptop to pay and activate washing machines and dryers. No coins, or cash – Eziwash utilises latest internet and mobile technologies to accept secure credit card payments and control your wash or dry.

Eziwash is simple and easy to use
Our express, natural gas dryers are $1 for 8 minutes (Taringa) or $1 for 7 minutes (Paddington). A standard load of washing usually takes about 30 minutes to dry. Towels and heavier items can take longer.
FREE street parking is available at both locations.
We provide FREE & Fast Internet WiFi while your wait. Bring along your smartphone, laptop or mobile device to access our free WiFi at both sites. Passwords are available at the laundromats.

We certainly do! Our laundry Gift certificates allow you to pre-purchase credit on self service laundry services. They are popular gift ideas for Birthdays, Mothers Day, Christmas or as Thank Yous.
How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Gift certificates are available via Eziwash, our internet enabled laundry system that controls all the washers and dryers.
Someone gave me a Gift Certificate. How do I use it?
It's simple to activate your Gift Certificate immediately.
- Select the laundromat site: 1
- 2 Register an account with Eziwash
- Select Activate Certificate in the menu and enter your certificate code. Follow the Tips for Activating a Gift Certificate. 3
- You account balance will be credited. At the laundromat follow the instructions to activate a machine. 4
